Questions.

What can I bid on?

Whitelist spots, guaranteed mints, pre-market tokens and allocations, and whatever else a seller describes. Each listing says what the item is, who sells it and how it reaches the winner. Some listings also offer Buy now at a fixed price.

What keeps the seller honest?

The seller locks collateral before bidding opens, at least 20% of the starting price. If the item is not delivered by the deadline on the listing, the winner gets their payment back plus that collateral.

When do I pay, and when is the seller paid?

The winner pays into escrow within 24 hours of the auction closing. The seller is paid when you confirm delivery, or 72 hours after they mark it delivered if you neither confirm nor dispute.

What if something goes wrong?

Raise a dispute from the listing before you confirm. The payout waits while a person on the spaca team reviews it, and they either pay the seller, refund you with the collateral, or refund you.

Who can list an item?

A project can sell its own spots and allocations, and a holder can resell one. Either way the listing opens for bids only once its collateral is locked.

What are the fees?

Fees are shown before you pay. [FEE POLICY — published before launch]
